Refund policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us immediately or max within an hour because our processing time is real quick and we shipped all orders on top priority specially when it comes between working time. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

All refund and/or return requests including defective item(s) must be made within 7 days of delivery receipt. We shall not entertain any request made after 7 days of delivery.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (7 days not including 2 days processing), you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused. In some cases, we may ask you to not return the item solely at our discretion.

A refund will not be provided if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • The item has been used and the retail box is missing
  • A refund request is made after 07 days of delivery receipt

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days upon receiving the item.

Please note the shipping fee is non-refundable. 

Personalized Products

If I change my mind am I able to cancel my order?

Yes. As long as your cancelation request is made within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders that have already been printed cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges/Return

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in Jewelry. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Return Label $15.95 fee for return label (for Canada)

Return $19.95 fee for return label (all other countries)
